Richard G Levine M.D., FAAD, FAACS is medical director of Boulder Stem Cell Treatment Center and Mountainview Dermatology Cosmetic Surgery and Vein Center. He graduated cum laude with a Biology degree and Medical Doctor degree at the UNiversity of Western Ontario. Dr. Levine then completed two years of internal medicine training at the University of Toronto and subsequently completed his Dermatology residency at McGill University in 1997. With extensive post residency training, Dr. Levine became a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery. He is a member of the American Phlebology Association, Colorado Medical Society, Boulder County Medical Society and Colorado Dermatology Society.
Dr Levine always strives to be on the cutting edge of new innovation in his fields and was the first dermatologist to introduce photofacial laser treatment and photodynamic therapy in Colorado. The clinic offers adult and pediatric dermatology, Mohs skin cancer surgery and reconstruction, cosmetic surgery under local anesthesia (liposculpture, fat transfer, blepharoplasty, facelift, brow lift), varicose vein treatment (EVLT), cosmetic lasers, Botox and fillers and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy.
Dr Levine’s interests in regenerative Medicine extend to collaborative care with his peers to provide state of the art medical, surgical and cosmetic stem cell treatments. He completed training with Dt’s Lander and Berman and Medikhan in stem cell processing from one’s own fat and founded the Boulder Stem Cell Treatment Center, an affiliate of California Stem Cell Treatment Center. Using one’s own stem cells (“mesenchymal autologous stem cells”) and/or platelet rich plasma, many conditions may be dramatically improved.
